Nicholas Roelli is Senior Vice President and President of Lear’s E-Systems business, since May 2024. He is responsible for implementing global initiatives to further grow and diversify sales, accelerate product innovation, sustain world-class competitiveness and drive efficiency throughout the manufacturing process by adopting and implementing leading-edge technologies.
Mr. Roelli joined Lear in 1994 and has held various roles of increasing responsibility, including serving as Vice President of North America Seating and Vice President of Global Seat Structures. In these positions, he oversaw Just-in-Time (JIT) Seating, Structures, Foam, and Trim product segments. He also developed and led initiatives focused on operational excellence, improving financial performance, cultivating customer relationships, strategic innovation, and leadership development.
Mr. Roelli earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a master’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
