Lear is updating its supplier records in order to better facilitate supplier communications with respect to important policy changes and other important matters now and in the future. We ask that you complete the attached spreadsheet with the requested information for each of your facilities that supplies or plans to supply products to Lear. 

Included in this request is contact information for individuals in specific functional roles at your organization. Lear requests this information to ensure that we’re engaging the appropriate channels in your organization. It’s important to note that Lear respects data security and privacy of individuals. From time to time, Lear may contract with external third parties to perform work as an extension of its own business. By providing this information, you acknowledge that Lear or its agents may use this information to communicate directly with the listed individuals for the purpose of conducting business, communicating important information or requesting data such as with respect to quality, sustainability or other needed documentation. 

Please fill out the attached excel form and submit directly to sustainability@lear.com at your earliest convenience on or before April 12, 2021.
