In 2024, Lear's near-term commitments to reduce 50% of our Scopes 1 and 2 carbon emissions at our facilities by 2030, and to reduce our Scope 3 emissions by 35% by 2033, were validated by SBTi. By 2050, we aspire to achieve net-zero emissions. The participation of our supply chain is crucial in achieving these goals, as it ensures a collective effort towards sustainability.

As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, we are pleased to announce, in partnership with strategic industry stakeholders, a series of training opportunities focused on Climate Action and Decarbonization. These training sessions are designed to equip our suppliers with the knowledge and tools necessary to reduce carbon emissions and contribute to a more sustainable future.

The training sessions will be conducted over the coming months. Detailed schedules and registration details will be provided in subsequent communications through sustainability@lear.com and climateaction@lear.com
