Subject: Lear’s Global Requirements Manual and Code of Conduct for Suppliers

Dear Valued Supplier Partner:

We recently updated our Global Requirements Manual and Code of Conduct for Suppliers to include our updated “Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability” and “No Deforestation” policies as well as other requirements as needed. The complete list of changes can be found in Section 45.0 Change Control.

The Global Requirements Manual and Code of Conduct for Suppliers (the “Supplier Code of Conduct”) integrates Lear’s expectations and requirements with respect to purchasing, quality, and operations, including our commitments to human rights, the environment, health and safety, business ethics and the development of a diverse and sustainable supply chain. This document also serves as Lear’s Customer Specific Requirements under IATF 16949, which is a global quality management standard for the automotive industry. By adhering to these requirements, suppliers help ensure the quality and reliability of products and services, contributing to the overall success and sustainability of Lear’s operations.
