Southfield, Michigan, January 23, 2025 – Lear Corporation (NYSE: LEA), a global automotive technology leader in Seating and E-Systems, today announced its operations in 10 countries have received Top Employer 2025 certifications by the Top Employers Institute, a global certification company that recognizes excellence in human resources policies and people practices.

Lear operations in Brazil, Czech Republic, Romania, Macedonia, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Italy, Hungary and Morocco received the certifications. For the third consecutive year, Lear Europe was recognized as a Top Employer Europe.

Certification is based on a comprehensive evaluation of human resources practices and policies. Key areas include People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Well-Being.
