In 2023, I celebrated 20 years at Lear. It was a great honor for me to join Lear as a fresh graduate. As a program manager of the Cadillac Seating plant, I am lucky to have the opportunity to grow with the company and personally experience the rapid expansion in the Chinese automotive market.
What achievement are you most proud of during your career?
In the past two decades, our plant has launched more than 10 new seating programs. I am proud that whatever challenges we faced, my team worked together to find a solution. In all the programs we launched, we met 100% of our customer’s milestones. After working as program manager for such a long time, I am still excited to launch a new program. I’m happy to contribute my knowledge, and the team’s support gives me great confidence.
What do you do when you’re not working?
I am the mother of two teenage girls. I like to share stories about my work and new technologies with my girls. Talking together gives us all good memories. I also enjoy crocheting and knitting in my spare time. Hand work gives me a sense of accomplishment and makes life colorful.
